Help Build the Space Where Futures Are Made
At Fablab Winam, we see potential where others see limitation. Every day, young people walk into our space with curiosity, creativity, and a desire to build a better future.
But innovation needs more than ideas. It needs safe, well-equipped spaces where learning can happen, skills can grow, and solutions can be tested.
We are raising support to strengthen the infrastructure of Fablab Winam—the physical foundation that makes hands-on learning, innovation, and local manufacturing possible.
Build and upgrade workshops and learning spaces
Install and maintain fabrication and prototyping equipment
Improve power systems (including solar), safety, and digital infrastructure
Ensure our space is inclusive, reliable, and ready for growth
Practical STEM skills development hub
Youth innovation and manufacturing launchpad
Partner space for schools, universities, and industry
Community-driven solutions hub
Every donation helps turn curiosity into confidence, and ideas into impact.

Expanding Access to Engineering and Maker Careers
At Fablab Winam, we are expanding access to engineering, maker, and technical careers for girls, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs)—groups that remain significantly underrepresented in technical and manufacturing sectors.
Innovation thrives when diverse talent is given the tools, skills, and opportunity to participate. Through inclusive, hands-on training in engineering, digital fabrication, electronics, and applied manufacturing, Fablab Winam equips learners with job-relevant technical skills and clear pathways into TVET, industry, and self-employment.
Focus Groups
Women and girls pursuing engineering and maker careers
Youth with disabilities accessing adapted technical training
Underserved learners preparing for manufacturing and technical jobs
With your support, we aim to achieve:
60% female participation in engineering and maker training programs, building on our success with the KIEP_SKIES training under the SHE-Builds program
10–15% participation of persons with disabilities, supported through adapted tools and inclusive learning methods
70% of trained participants progressing to TVET, internships, apprenticeships, or employment
Increased confidence and retention of women and PWDs in engineering and fabrication pathways
Youth-led prototypes and technical projects aligned with industry and community needs
Donations will support:
Inclusive engineering and maker training programs
PWD-friendly tools, equipment adaptations, and safe workspaces
