ESTEM

30+ SchoolsSolar & IoT Kits70% Confidence Gain

In rural areas, many girls feared STEM subjects due to limited exposure and role models. The E‑STEM program trains girls using interactive green kits comprising solar kits and IoT devices. We've visited over 30 schools, along with organizations including children's homes, to deliver hands-on STEM learning. Over 70% of the girls who initially feared STEM are now actively engaging with it at school — a real shift in confidence and interest in technology and innovation.
